(Image source: iStock)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">There seems to be nothing that the Biden administration will not do to appease the ruling mullahs of Iran and their regime, called only a few years ago by the US Department of State the &#8220;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pbs.org\/newshour\/world\/iran-still-top-state-sponsor-terrorism-u-s-report-says\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">top state sponsor of terrorism<\/a>.&#8221; Since the Biden administration assumed office, the more it has been appeasing the Iranian regime financially and&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/joe-biden-donald-trump-civil-wars-yemen-d17b50e3995827838a19fb8bd09e9f64#:~:text=WASHINGTON%20(AP)%20%E2%80%94%20President%20Joe,the%20world%27s%20worst%20humanitarian%20disasters.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">politically<\/a>, the more the mullahs, instead of taking reciprocal steps, have become empowered and emboldened. Iran is now holding&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/middle-east\/iran-says-uranium-enrichment-continues-based-domestic-law-2023-08-27\/#:~:text=Iran%2C%20which%20under%20the%20nuclear,denied%20seeking%20a%20nuclear%20bomb.&amp;text=Our%20Standards%3A%20The%20Thomson%20Reuters%20Trust%20Principles.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">uranium enrichment<\/a>&nbsp;at 60% purity, around 10 days away from raising it to the&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/middle-east\/iran-says-uranium-enrichment-continues-based-domestic-law-2023-08-27\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">nuclear threshold level<\/a>&nbsp;of 90%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">In short, the US, instead of stopping Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, is bribing the mullahs not to go to 90% enrichment, at least on the Biden administration&#8217;s watch, especially ahead of the November 2024 US presidential election.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Meanwhile, Iran laughably keeps&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/middle-east\/iran-says-uranium-enrichment-continues-based-domestic-law-2023-08-27\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">claiming<\/a>&nbsp;that it is not even seeking a nuclear bomb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Here are some of the major and dangerous appeasements that the Biden administration has so far offered to this anti-American regime. The first concession came a few days after the administration assumed office, toward Iran&#8217;s proxy militia group in Yemen, the Houthis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Even as the evidence \u2014 including a 2020 United Nations&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/iranprimer.usip.org\/blog\/2020\/feb\/14\/un-report-houthi-arms-resemble-irans\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">report<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 had shown that Iran was delivering sophisticated weapons to the Houthis in Yemen, the Biden administration&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pbs.org\/newshour\/politics\/biden-administration-suspends-some-sanctions-on-yemen-rebels\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">suspended<\/a>&nbsp;some of the anti-terrorism sanctions on the Houthis that the Trump administration had set in place.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">On February 12, 2021, the Biden administration&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.state.gov\/revocation-of-the-terrorist-designations-of-ansarallah\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">revoked<\/a>&nbsp;the designation of Yemen&#8217;s Houthis as a terrorist group.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Almost immediately after, on March 7, 2021, the Iran-backed Houthis &#8220;reciprocated&#8221; by attacking&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/world\/the_americas\/saudi-houthi-attack-ras-tanura-aramco\/2021\/03\/07\/77f29148-7f72-11eb-9ca6-54e187ee4939_story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Saudi Arabia&#8217;s oil fields<\/a>&nbsp;and a few months later,&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2022\/01\/25\/1075493673\/yemens-houthis-have-launched-two-attacks-against-the-u-a-e-heres-why\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the United Arab Emirates.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">A few months after that, in June 2021, the Biden administration&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/biden-administration-lifts-sanctions-on-more-than-dozen-former-iranian-officials-energy-firms-11623347091\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">lifted<\/a>&nbsp;sanctions on three former Iranian officials and several energy companies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Then, in a blow to the Iranian people and all advocates of democracy and human rights \u2014 days after the Iranian regime hand-picked a&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amnesty.org\/en\/latest\/press-release\/2021\/06\/iran-ebrahim-raisi-must-be-investigated-for-crimes-against-humanity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reported<\/a>&nbsp;mass murderer, Ebrahim Raisi, to be its next president \u2014 the Biden administration&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/national-security\/biden-admin-weighs-lifting-sanctions-iran-s-supreme-leader-ayatollah-n1272232\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">announced<\/a>&nbsp;that it was also considering lifting sanctions against Iran&#8217;s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">After that, the Biden administration looked the other way during the Islamic Republic&#8217;s malign actions in the region, such as&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/opa\/pr\/united-states-prevails-actions-seize-and-forfeit-iranian-terror-group-s-missiles-and\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">smuggling<\/a>&nbsp;weapons, and shipping oil to Syria and Hezbollah in direct&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/home.treasury.gov\/news\/press-releases\/sm765\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">violation<\/a>&nbsp;of US sanctions, at the same time that Iran was busy&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tasnimnews.com\/en\/news\/2023\/06\/21\/2914548\/iran-signed-very-good-oil-deals-with-latin-american-states-minister-says\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">increasing<\/a>&nbsp;its influence in America&#8217;s backyard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">In January, Iran&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/english.almayadeen.net\/news\/politics\/brazil-allows-iranian-ships-to-dock-amid-us-concerns-over-pa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sent two warships to Brazil<\/a>, on the way to&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newsnationnow.com\/politics\/iran-vows-to-station-warships-in-panama-canal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">station them<\/a>&nbsp;at the Panama Canal. (Eventually, in May, the ships just&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.presstv.ir\/Detail\/2023\/05\/14\/703334\/US-failed-Iranian-Navy-flotilla-Panama-Canal-Navy-cmdr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sailed<\/a>&nbsp;through the canal.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">In addition, in June, Raisi made a special trip to Venezuela to establish &#8220;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aljazeera.com\/news\/2023\/6\/12\/irans-raisi-after-strategic-ties-in-south-america-tour\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">strategic ties<\/a>&#8221; and remind the world that Iran and Venezuela have &#8220;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.france24.com\/en\/live-news\/20230613-iran-and-venezuela-have-common-enemies-raisi-says-in-caracas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">common enemies<\/a>.&#8221; Moreover, the Iranian regime&#8217;s&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.meforum.org\/63941\/emanuele-ottolenghi-on-iranian-operations-in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">terror cells<\/a>&nbsp;have been growing in Latin America as Iran&#8217;s terror proxy Hezbollah and Al Mustafa International University have both&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/meforum.us12.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=b7aa7eddb0f2bb74bfa4f6cb5&amp;id=75aec2ce09&amp;e=91b914f6ba\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">played<\/a>&nbsp;a key role in expanding the mullahs&#8217; presence and ideology in the region. The regime has also been&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.unitedagainstnucleariran.com\/ideological-expansion\/al-mustafa-international-university\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">expanding<\/a>&nbsp;the number Iranian-trained imams and militants in Latin America, and increasing recruitment of radicals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">The Biden administration also looked away when the Iranian regime&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2023\/08\/23\/middleeast\/iran-protests-arrests-mahsa-amini-mime-intl\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">killed<\/a>&nbsp;more than 300 people, including 40 children, in the recent protests.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Seemingly to further appease the ruling clerics of Iran, the Biden administration began issuing waivers, making the sanctions an ineffective joke. Last year, the Biden administration&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/middle-east\/biden-administration-restores-sanctions-waiver-iran-talks-final-phase-2022-02-04\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">restored<\/a>&nbsp;a waiver that had been rescinded by the Trump Administration. The new waiver permitted companies from Europe, Russia and China to advance their work on Iran&#8217;s nuclear sites. This was most likely done in the hope of reviving the &#8220;nuclear deal&#8221; to enable Iran to have as many nuclear weapons as it likes, a move Iran is apparently doing anyway. The restored waiver also further facilitates the flow of funds to the Iranian regime, lifts sanctions, and enhances global legitimacy of the expansionist,&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/national-security\/2017\/10\/13\/cia-director-mike-pompeo-iran-thuggish-police-state-despotic-theocracy-like-islamic-state\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">despotic regime<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">The Biden administration further&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/national-security\/latest-biden-admin-sanctions-waiver-allows-500-million-payment-for-iran-tehran-says\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">attempted<\/a><u>,<\/u>&nbsp;on March 16, to deny that it had issued a waiver to Iraq, to&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/national-security\/latest-biden-admin-sanctions-waiver-allows-500-million-payment-for-iran-tehran-says\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pay<\/a>&nbsp;$500 million to Iran.&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/national-security\/latest-biden-admin-sanctions-waiver-allows-500-million-payment-for-iran-tehran-says\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">According<\/a>&nbsp;to a&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/national-security\/biden-admin-greenlights-sanctions-waiver-that-allows-iraq-to-pay-iran-millions-for-electricity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">report<\/a>&nbsp;by the Free Beacon, the waiver was issued &#8220;a day after Biden administration officials denied Iran&#8217;s claims that the United States had paved the way for Tehran to receive the $500 million.&#8221; The regime will most likely use the funds to further&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.iranintl.com\/en\/202308066140\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">arm Russia<\/a>&nbsp;in its invasion of Ukraine, to&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/news\/world\/iran-executions-crush-anti-government-protests-rcna61411\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">brutalize its own citizens<\/a>, to undermine&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/biden-courts-iran-as-it-wages-a-multifront-war-on-the-us-hezbollah-terrorism-cba87894\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">US national security interests<\/a>, to fund its&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/iranprimer.usip.org\/blog\/2023\/mar\/30\/us-report-iran's-support-terrorism\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">terrorist<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thenationalnews.com\/world\/the-americas\/iran-pays-hezbollah-700-million-a-year-us-official-says-1.737347\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">militia groups<\/a>&nbsp;across the Middle East and to expand even more deeply into Latin America.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">On June 10, 2023 the Biden Administration also&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fdd.org\/analysis\/2023\/06\/12\/u-s-permits-iraq-to-release-billions-to-iran\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">gave<\/a>&nbsp;yet another sanction waiver to Iran&#8217;s satrapy, Iraq, to make a payment of $2.76 billion to the Iranian regime.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Thanks to the Biden administration, Iran&#8217;s oil exports have also started booming and have now&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2023-08-21\/iran-s-booming-oil-flows-surge-above-2-million-barrels-a-day#xj4y7vzkg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">surged<\/a>&nbsp;more than two million barrels a day, the&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/business\/energy\/irans-oil-output-exports-rise-washington-tehran-talk-2023-08-31\/#:~:text=SVB%20International%2C%20a%20consultant%2C%20estimates,%2C%22%20said%20SVB%27s%20Sara%20Vakhshouri.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">most since 2018<\/a>&nbsp;, and they are&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2023-08-21\/iran-s-booming-oil-flows-surge-above-2-million-barrels-a-day#xj4y7vzkg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">selling<\/a>&nbsp;it at levels close to the pre-sanctions era, to countries such as China, which desperately&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/china\/chinas-oil-demand-grow-q2-covid-rules-weigh-cnpc-researcher-2022-04-07\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">needs<\/a>&nbsp;it \u2013 while the Biden administration&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2021\/01\/27\/biden-suspends-oil-and-gas-drilling-in-series-of.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">suspended<\/a>&nbsp;new oil and gas leases on US public lands and waters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Iran has furthermore been&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/business\/energy\/tanker-carrying-iranian-crude-pdvsa-arrives-venezuelan-waters-document-2022-06-13\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">shipping<\/a>&nbsp;vast amounts of oil to Venezuela without either country fearing repercussions from the Biden administration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">As if these appeasements were not enough, the Biden Administration recently&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/biden-reaches-6b-deal-free-americans-exchange-jailed-iranians-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reached<\/a>&nbsp;a deal with the Iranian regime behind closed doors on August 10, in which the United States&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/house-republican-rips-naivete-biden-admins-6b-iran-prisoner-swap-deal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">agreed<\/a>&nbsp;to pay $6 billion dollars and release a handful of Iranian nationals who are serving prison sentences in the US, in exchange for the release of five Iranian-Americans imprisoned in Iran &#8212;
