Jeff Pulver, a serial high-tech entrepreneur, became a technology guru and startup idol 20 years ago when he identified the technology developed in Israel by VocalTec Communications for transmitting voice over the Internet. Among the first to invest in Twitter and Foursquare, Pulver is a leader in the Voice Over IP industry. He is also a respected proponent of television broadcasts streamed over the Internet – one of the hot topics on the Internet today.<\/span><\/p>\n
