Israel on Wednesday marked the 23rd anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on the US homeland, expressing solidarity with its close ally and honoring the victims.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cToday on the 23rd anniversary of September 11, we remember the nearly three thousand Americans murdered by terrorists,\u201d the State of Israel\u2019s official X\/Twitter account posted. \u201cWe honor the victims, their families, and the first responders who risked and lost their lives saving others. We will never forget them. May the memory of the victims be a blessing.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
