\nTyler Oliveira<\/b>\u00a0(born January 6, 2000) is an American\u00a0YouTuber<\/a>, described by the\u00a0Jewish Telegraphic Agency<\/a>\u00a0as a “right-wing YouTube provocateur”.[<\/span>1]<\/span><\/a><\/sup>\u00a0He made several\u00a0challenge videos<\/a>\u00a0before transitioning to videos centred on\u00a0man-on-the-street<\/a>\u00a0interviews, which have covered topics including\u00a0drug decriminalization<\/a>\u00a0in Canada and the\u00a0Springfield pet-eating hoax<\/a>. News organizations and civil rights advocacy groups, such as the\u00a0Anti-Defamation League<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0The Forward<\/a>, have argued that Oliveira has spread misinformation and made content that relies on antisemitic stereotypes. In 2026, Oliveira was denied entry to\u00a0Israel<\/a>\u00a0after the country’s Ministry of Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism cited his content as including “inciting statements against Jews and the dissemination of content with antisemitic characteristics.”[<\/span>2]<\/span><\/a><\/sup><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Israel on Monday barred entry to American YouTuber Tyler Oliveira, known for viral videos that claimed Jews had \u201cinvaded\u201d parts of New York and New Jersey.<\/span><\/p>\n

Oliveira was stopped at Tel Aviv\u2019s Ben-Gurion International Airport and deported back to the United States, Israeli Minister for Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism Amichai Chikli confirmed to JNS on Tuesday.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt was my decision,\u201d Chikli said. \u201cWe have a direct line of communication with the Population and Immigration Authority, and when we submit the name of a person or organization that should not be allowed entry, they are not allowed in,\u201d he said.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOf course, this requires proper justification,\u201d he said. \u201cIn this case, it is clear that this individual\u2019s entire purpose was to stage ugly antisemitic provocations, just as he does in the United States. There is no reason for someone who makes a living off antisemitism to set foot in the State of Israel.\u201d<\/span>
