Israel \u201cstands as one with the British people as we all work together to defeat the scourge of terrorism,\u201d the Jewish state\u2019s UN envoy Danny Danon declared on Wednesday, following the ramming and stabbing attack outside the UK Parliament building in central London in which at least three people were killed and around 40 others were wounded.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe send our condolences and wish a speedy recovery to all those injured,\u201d Danon stated.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely said in a statement, \u201cIsrael expresses its deep shock at the terror attack in London today and its solidarity with the victims and with the people and government of Great Britain. Terror is terror wherever it occurs and we will fight it relentlessly.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

President Reuven Rivlin tweeted, \u201cOur thoughts are with the people of London. Terror is a threat to us all and we must stand united against it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
