Members of the country\u2019s Jewish community and Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydlo were among those who participated in the ceremony.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.jerusalemonline.com\/images\/AAABecca\/warsawghettoup74EPA.jpg\" width=\"100%\" \/><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>Warsaw, today Photo Credit: EPA<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Hundreds of people gathered on Wednesday in order to mark the 74th anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising in front of the Monument to the Ghetto Heroes in Warsaw.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Members of the Polish Jewish community and Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydlo were among those who attended the ceremony honoring and remembering the Jews who courageously revolted on April 19, 1943, during the Second World War.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Thousands of Jewish people were killed in the uprising, which lasted about a month.
