Photo by Guy Yechiely<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">At noon on Friday, June 9, Tel Aviv\u2019s annual Pride Parade will step off from the Tel Aviv Gay Community Center in Meir Park, with the theme of \u201cBisexual Visibility.\u201d<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\"> Marchers and floats will proceed along Bograshov Street, turning north on Yarkon Street, west on Frishman and eventually south onto the beach promenade toward Charles Clore Park, where thousands are expected to turn out for the biggest sunset beach party in the Middle East.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.israel21c.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/gayfans.jpg\" width=\"100%\" \/><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>Participants in Tel Aviv\u2019s 2016 Pride Parade. Photo by Guy Yechiely<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">According to the municipality, this will be the first large-scale pride parade in the world dedicated to celebrating the bisexual community. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Tel Aviv was dubbed \u201cthe world\u2019s gayest city\u201d by The Boston Globe and \u201cthe gay capital of the Middle East\u201d by Out Magazine.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\"> Last year\u2019s Pride Festival attracted 200,000 people including some 30,000 tourists from around the world.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.israel21c.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/gaymayor.jpg\" width=\"100%\" \/><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai at the 2016 Pride Parade.
