Israeli actress Gal Gadot said her two daughters think of her as a typical mom, even though she plays superhero and princess of the Amazonians, Diana, in the \u201cWonder Woman\u201d films.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIn reality, I\u2019m the annoying mom who doesn\u2019t let them have enough screen time and says no all the time. I\u2019m that type of person,\u201d she told Conan O\u2019Brien while on his talk show Tuesday. \u201cTo them, it\u2019s not like I\u2019m Wonder Woman. Only when there\u2019s friends around I\u2019m still cool, but we\u2019ll\u00a0see how long that\u2019s gonna last.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Gadot is pregnant with her third daughter and when the \u201cCONAN\u201d host asked how he could give her well wishes on her third pregnancy in Hebrew, she taught him how to say b\u2018hatzlacha.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

O\u2019Brien also commended Gadot on her new National Geographic series \u201cIMPACT with Gal Gadot,\u201d which highlights extraordinary women making changes in their communities. O\u2019Brien praised the \u201crole models\u201d featured in the show and said he hopes his 17-year-old daughter, Neve, will look up to Gadot and other women who have made differences in the world.<\/span><\/p>\n

He said about Neve, \u201cI see how influenced she is by seeing and meeting other really impressive women. And whenever I get a chance I try to introduce her to anybody I can \u2014 Michelle Obama, you \u2014 anyone who my daughter can see, so that she knows she can accomplish pretty much anything in this life. And \u2018IMPACT\u2019 is really a great idea. You\u2019re highlighting women who are superheroes because they live in the real world and are making themselves excellent examples for young women out there.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Gadot replied, \u201cWhenever I speak to these women I\u2019m like \u2018You\u2019re the true heroes.\u2019 I read lines and I\u2019m being hanged on the wire and all that, but you are true, true life heroes and I\u2019m very grateful that they let us share their stories\u2026.Good stories have the power to [make] change.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Gadot also spoke about working with her husband Yaron Varsano, with whom she owns the Pilot Wave production company, and her upcoming role as late actress and inventor Hedy Lamarr.<\/span><\/p>\n
