To read the pre<\/i><i>vious installment,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.algemeiner.com\/2021\/12\/08\/cairs-antisemitism-fails-to-draw-media-scrutiny\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">click here.<\/a><\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Although the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has a\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.algemeiner.com\/2021\/12\/08\/cairs-antisemitism-fails-to-draw-media-scrutiny\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">long and documented history<\/a>\u00a0of attacking Jews and Israel, many American elected officials don\u2019t seem to mind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">A November 20 Chicago virtual\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=4282Barv0A8&amp;feature=emb_imp_woyt\">fundraiser<\/a>\u00a0sponsored by the self-professed American Muslim civil rights organization, drew five members of Congress, a US senator, governor, and attorney general. They praised the group\u2019s fight against hate and bigotry, and its alleged commitment to justice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u201cFor decades, CAIR-Chicago has been the leading Muslim community organization in the area,\u201d\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/4282Barv0A8?t=1379\">claimed<\/a>\u00a0Illinois Senator\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.durbin.senate.gov\/\">Dick Durbin (D)<\/a>. It has \u201cbeen at the forefront of so many issues, protecting civil liberties, informing your voters, providing services to the community.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Not only was Durbin \u201cproud of CAIR-Chicago\u2019s leadership in our community,\u201d but he also looked forward to working with it on \u201cmany shared goals.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">More than 50 elected officials, including Durbin, Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker, Lt. Governor Juliana Stratton, and Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot also\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/indd.adobe.com\/view\/3b127b8c-adc8-435a-a8cc-7c4a2fde4e94\">sent<\/a>\u00a0CAIR-Chicago letters to help its annual fundraiser.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Pritzker described CAIR-Chicago\u2019s achievements as \u201cremarkable.\u201d Others praised CAIR\u2019s role as \u201ca crucial voice for the Muslim community\u201d in the fight against \u201cbigotry and hate.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">But no speaker mentioned the\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/profile\/172\/the-council-on-american-islamic-relations-cair\">bigoted message<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/documents\/misc\/120.pdf\">antisemitic narratives<\/a>\u00a0pushed by CAIR since its\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/documents\/misc\/109.pdf\">founding<\/a>\u00a0more than 25 years ago. Nor did they explain how it was possible to fight bigotry and hate when the organization is led by bigots and haters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u201cF*** Zionism. And F*** you too France,\u201d\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo.php?fbid=10156270958216065&amp;set=a.10150218801136065&amp;type=3&amp;theater\">wrote<\/a>\u00a0CAIR\u2019s National Strategic Communications Director and Chicago chapter Director\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/profile\/184\/ahmed-rehab\">Ahmed Rehab<\/a>\u00a0in 2019, after\u00a0the\u00a0French parliament\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jpost.com\/Diaspora\/Antisemitism\/French-parliament-decides-anti-Zionism-is-antisemitism-609764\">adopted<\/a>\u00a0the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA)\u2019s working definition of antisemitism.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.algemeiner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Ahmed-Rehab-Tweet.jpg\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Rehab has a history of spewing antisemitic hate. While a DePaul University student in 1996, he wrote\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"http:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20060215092446\/http:\/arehab.tripod.com\/ahmed\/rose.html\">an essay<\/a>\u00a0that minimized the Holocaust, and claimed an exchange he saw on a Charlie Rose show \u201cconfirmed the Jewish control over the media.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">A forthcoming Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) book will expose details of CAIR\u2019s long history of incendiary antisemitic statements, and show how they violate the IHRA\u2019s\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.holocaustremembrance.com\/node\/196\">working definition<\/a>\u00a0of antisemitism,\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.state.gov\/defining-anti-semitism\/\">adopted<\/a>\u00a0by the US State Department in 2016, and by numerous world governments since.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Rehab, who moderated the CAIR-Chicago fundraiser,\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/4282Barv0A8?t=3312\">described<\/a>\u00a0Durbin, Pritzker, and other speakers as \u201cour key allies \u2026 big tent allies in Congress and beyond.\u201d He also recognized two Chicago-area Islamist leaders, one of whom was a featured speaker, among some of CAIR-Chicago\u2019s \u201clongest standing supporters.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Prosecutors in a 2008 Federal terrorism financing trial\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/documents\/case_docs\/423.pdf#page=6\">named<\/a>\u00a0these leaders, Kifah Mustapha and Jamal Said, as part of a former Hamas-support network in the United States.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">CAIR was\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/documents\/case_docs\/423.pdf#page=5\">identified<\/a>\u00a0as an unindicted co-conspirator in the trial, which ended with\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/1046\/hlf-founders-sentenced-to-long-prison-terms\">convictions<\/a>\u00a0against the\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/case\/65\/us-v-holy-land-foundation\">Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF)<\/a>\u00a0and five former officers for illegally funneling millions of dollars to Hamas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">That outcome should not come as a surprise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">CAIR\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/documents\/misc\/109.pdf\">emerged<\/a>\u00a0in 1994 from a Muslim Brotherhood-created network called the\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/documents\/misc\/23.pdf#page=11\">\u201cPalestine Committee,\u201d<\/a>\u00a0which was formed to\u00a0help\u00a0Hamas politically and financially in the United States.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">CAIR\u2019s founding members, including its current executive director\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/profile\/113\/nihad-awad\">Nihad Awad<\/a>, were leaders of the\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/document\/23-internal-memo-of-the-iap\">Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP),<\/a>\u00a0which served as the Palestine Committee\u2019s propaganda arm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">IAP\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/activities\/518\/maya-iap-conference\">held joint conferences<\/a>\u00a0in the 1980s and 1990s with the\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/8552\/9-11-remembered\">Muslim American Youth Association (MAYA)<\/a>\u00a0that were hotbeds of antisemitic propaganda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Hamas military wing leader Muhammed Siyam\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/documents\/case_docs\/2597.pdf#page=47\">spoke<\/a>\u00a0at the 1995 New Year\u2019s convention in Los Angeles. \u201cFinish off the Israelis,\u201d he said. \u201cKill them all! Exterminate them! No peace ever! Do not bother to talk politics.\u201d Copies of the notorious antisemitic forgery \u201cThe Protocols of the Elders of Zion\u201d were\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/160\/the-other-fundamentalists\">sold<\/a>\u00a0at the same conference. A MAYA conference in August 1994 distributed an IAP\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/documents\/misc\/107.gif\">booklet<\/a>\u00a0called \u201cAmerica\u2019s Greatest Enemy: THE JEW! and an UNHOLY ALLIANCE,\u201d which featured Jewish and Zionist conspiracies for global domination, as well as Holocaust denial claims.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">As IAP\u2019s progeny, CAIR continues to serve the same agenda. Its leadership has\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/documents\/misc\/120.pdf\">repeatedly<\/a>\u00a0pushed dual-loyalty smears, canards about Jewish control over American policy, described Israel as a racist and genocidal state, and called for its destruction.<b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">In August, Awad protested President Biden\u2019s\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2021\/08\/27\/us\/politics\/biden-naftali-bennett-meeting.html\">meeting<\/a>\u00a0with new Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett. Hosting Bennett,\u00a0Awad argued, is as bad as welcoming the Taliban to the White House.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u201cImagine if [the] Taliban forms the government, [and] continues to do what it was doing to the people in Afghanistan before they were defeated in 2001,\u201d Awad said outside the White House. \u201cAnd they became national and international leaders, and if the president of the United States, President Joe Biden, decides to host in the White House the leader of [the] Taliban, what would be the reaction of the US media? What would be the reaction from the public? What would be the reaction of politicians by the fact that Joe Biden would be hosting the leader of [the] Taliban?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u201cToday it\u2019s no different. President Joe Biden is hosting the leader of the Israeli Taliban. Joe Biden is hosting the leader of the settler colonial movement in Israel,\u201d Awad said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">CAIR San Francisco Bay Area executive director\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/documents\/misc\/702.pdf\">Zahra Billoo<\/a>\u00a0has\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/archive.ph\/r4xCc\">called<\/a> for the destruction of the Jewish state: \u201cFrom the river to the sea, #Palestine will be free,\u201d she wrote on Twitter, evoking a popular slogan among Israel-bashers that leaves no room on the map for Israel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><iframe id=\"twitter-widget-3\" class=\"\" title=\"Twitter Tweet\" src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/embed\/Tweet.html?dnt=false&amp;embedId=twitter-widget-3&amp;features=eyJ0ZndfZXhwZXJpbWVudHNfY29va2llX2V4cGlyYXRpb24iOnsiYnVja2V0IjoxMjA5NjAwLCJ2ZXJzaW9uIjpudWxsfSwidGZ3X2hvcml6b25fdHdlZXRfZW1iZWRfOTU1NSI6eyJidWNrZXQiOiJodGUiLCJ2ZXJzaW9uIjpudWxsfSwidGZ3X3NwYWNlX2NhcmQiOnsiYnVja2V0Ijoib2ZmIiwidmVyc2lvbiI6bnVsbH19&amp;frame=false&amp;hideCard=false&amp;hideThread=false&amp;id=1068330744508932096&amp;lang=en&amp;origin=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.algemeiner.com%2F2021%2F12%2F09%2Fcairs-antisemitism-ignored-or-embraced-by-elected-officials%2F&amp;sessionId=70d1a007a55523168b088a67d1602516026f33ee&amp;siteScreenName=Algemeiner&amp;theme=light&amp;widgetsVersion=9fd78d5%3A1638479056965&amp;width=550px\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"yes\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-tweet-id=\"1068330744508932096\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">She has openly claimed that she is \u201cnot going to legitimize a country [Israel] that I don\u2019t believe has a right to exist.\u201d Being pro-Israel,\u00a0she has written, is\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/7701\/cair-official-who-slams-muslim-facilitators\">tantamount<\/a>\u00a0to being \u201cpro-terror, pro-violence, pro-land theft, and pro-apartheid.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">It should not be surprising, then, that Billoo sees Israel and ISIS as moral equivalents. \u201cBoth ISIS and the IDF are violent, immoral gangs,\u201d she\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/archive.md\/caOd1\">wrote<\/a>\u00a0in in 2018. \u201cThey\u2019re literally baby killers.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">In his Facebook account in February 2009, former CAIR Florida director\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cairflorida.org\/index.php\/tag-cair-fl-in-the-news\/269-hassan-shibly-chief-executive-director-for-cair-florida-visited-the-white\">Hassan Shibly<\/a>\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scribd.com\/doc\/315642629\/Hassan-Shibly-s-Facebook-Notes\">equated<\/a>\u00a0Israelis with Nazis, juxtaposing images from the Holocaust with images of Israeli soldiers interacting with Palestinians.<b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">When Arizona Governor Doug Ducey (R) posted a\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/dougducey\/status\/1392497023727783938\">tweet<\/a>\u00a0in May saying \u201cArizona stands with Israel,\u201d Rehab felt compelled to respond. \u201cTranslation: Governor Doug Ducey stands with powerful AIPAC lobbyists in fear of losing reelection financing,\u201d he\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/arehab\/posts\/10157473988806065\">wrote<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Rehab posted the tweet and his response on Facebook,\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/arehab\/posts\/10157473988806065\">adding<\/a>: \u201cBut of course, it is all about the Benjamins. And the Jacksons and the Hamiltons. It usually is with all U.S. lobby-centric politics. If the naked truth offends you, I\u2019m happy to chip in for your therapy.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Rehab\u2019s reference, \u201call about the Benjamins,\u201d invokes Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D-MN)\u2019s earlier antisemitic tropes about Jewish control of American policy. Omar is a proud CAIR supporter, and vice versa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">The May exchange came as Hamas fired rockets toward Israeli civilian communities,\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/jcpa.org\/article\/the-gaza-war-2021-an-overview\/\">prompting<\/a>\u00a0retaliatory strikes against Hamas targets in Gaza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">At a December 2017 rally sponsored by the rabidly anti-Israel group,\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/7845\/anti-israel-amp-inadvertent-truth\">American Muslims for Palestine (AMP)<\/a>, Awad alleged that the US government was \u201cputting the interests of a foreign state, like Israel, and its domestic lobby here \u2026 above the United States\u2019 interests. This is dangerous and reckless.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Describing Israel as an \u201capartheid state\u201d that \u201chas been oppressing the Palestinian people,\u201d Awad added, \u201cThe United States has financed and armed and defended and shielded Israel all over the world, in the United States. This is at the expense of our policies.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">During a 2010 joint convention sponsored by the\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/documents\/misc\/85.pdf\">Muslim American Society (MAS)<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/documents\/misc\/1058.pdf\">Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA),<\/a>\u00a0Awad spoke about the \u201chuge influence\u201d of the \u201cpro-Israel lobby\u201d: \u201cThe pro-Israel lobby has mastered deception, pressure tactics, and exploiting the system of giving money to candidates and putting pressure and threatening some candidates with either scandals or what have you. And they managed over many years to have this huge influence on not only members of Congress, but those who want to be elected officials in the United States.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">CAIR California executive director\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/ca.cair.com\/losangeles\/member\/hussam-ayloush-m-b-a\/\">Hussam Ayloush<\/a>\u00a0has\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/7716\/cair-official-calls-for-israel-termination\">called<\/a>\u00a0for the Jewish state to be terminated. \u201cIran\u2019s regime calling Israel a \u2018cancerous tumor\u2019 is like the pot calling the kettle black. All the people of that region will be better off once both murderous regimes are terminated,\u201d Ayloush\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/HussamA\/status\/1066570914609987584\">wrote<\/a>\u00a0in 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">CAIR was a\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/ext\/19008\">\u201cpartner\u201d<\/a>\u00a0in the May 29th National March for Palestine in Washington, DC, also led by AMP. The march was part of a broader campaign to \u201csanction Israel\u201d to end \u201cIsraeli settler-colonialism, ethnic cleansing, apartheid, military occupation, and blockade.\u201d Speakers\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/watch\/live\/?v=385606582768479&amp;ref=watch_permalink\">spewed<\/a>\u00a0inflammatory antisemitic and anti-Israel rhetoric, and led chants calling for the destruction of the Jewish state. Among them \u2014 \u201cFrom the river to the sea, Palestine will be free,\u201d \u201cIsrael you can\u2019t hide, we charge you with genocide,\u201d and \u201cPalestine is our demand, no peace on stolen land.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Awad was present for these chants. When it was his turn to speak, he\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/watch\/live\/?v=385606582768479&amp;ref=watch_permalink\">called<\/a>\u00a0on protesters \u201cto work to unseat members of Congress who are apologists for the crimes of the State of Israel.\u201d He also urged the crowd to repeat a \u201cPalestine pledge\u201d to \u201csupport candidates who work to end Israeli apartheid.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Another speaker at the May 29 rally,\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/4903\/more-blind-hate-toward-israel-from-a-cair-official\">former<\/a>\u00a0CAIR-New York board member Lamis Deek,\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/watch\/live\/?v=385606582768479&amp;ref=watch_permalink\">described<\/a>\u00a0Israel as a \u201ca global threat, because Israel is a threat to all of us on the streets. Because so long as there is Israeli colonization, and Israeli apartheid and Israeli genocide and Israeli repression, we risk the resurrection of apartheid in South Africa, we risk the resurrection of colonization in Algeria.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Some CAIR officials invoke religious belief to demonize and attack Jews as the source of Muslims\u2019 problems. During a May 2012 sermon at the Islamic Organization of North America mosque in Warren, Michigan, CAIR-Michigan executive director\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investigativeproject.org\/profile\/183\/dawud-walid\">Dawud Walid<\/a>\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=2LgNxXnAAZA\">responded<\/a>\u00a0to his own question, \u201cWho are those who incurred the wrath of Allah?\u201d answering, \u201cThey are the Jews, they are the Jews.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">In a Twitter post at the height of the 2014 Gaza conflict, Ayloush\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/HussamA\/status\/495648066423099392\">wrote<\/a>: \u201cIt isn\u2019t merely about opposing Israel. It\u2019s about defeating racism, colonialism, barbarism, apartheid, Zionism &amp; the culture of murder.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">In another post a couple of days later, Ayloush\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/HussamA\/status\/496388844443287552\">compared<\/a>\u00a0the \u201csupporters of Israel\u201d to \u201cNazis\u201d saying it was \u201cinteresting how supporters of Israel use exact same excuses that Nazis used to justify their murders [at] the Warsaw ghetto.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Despite CAIR\u2019s long and consistent antisemitic track record, elected officials, overwhelmingly Democrats, have chosen not to criticize the group. Instead, they\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/indd.adobe.com\/view\/3b127b8c-adc8-435a-a8cc-7c4a2fde4e94\">laud<\/a>\u00a0it and help it raise money.
