This 8 mm silent film dates from approximately 1957 and features the United Jewish Appeal of Greater Toronto (then known as the United Jewish Welfare Fund of Toronto) offices at 150 and 152 Beverley Street, the Jewish Public Library at 458 Markham Street, the Jewish Home for the Aged and Baycrest Hospital, the YM-YWHA at Bloor and Spadina (today’s Miles Nadal JCC), Associated Hebrew Schools on Neptune, and Camp Fundale on the grounds of what would become the Bathurst Jewish Community Centre and the Lipa Green building (on today’s Sherman Campus).
