The NYPD is feared for good reason by a great number of people in New York. Most of the citizens of New York, when stopped and confronted by the NYPD, will be rather overwhelmed. This young woman is no different. However, this is truly a shocker. The NYPD is not used to doing this kind of thing every time they go to work.
