1) Palestinian Islamists have yet again launched rockets from the Gaza Strip toward Israel’s southern communities, with more than 15 rockets fired toward Israel in less than a week.

2) Leaders of the Muslim world reiterated their condemnation of the United States, in response to President Donald Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, and called on the international community to respond by recognizing the state of Palestine with Jerusalem as its capital.

3) Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu urged the Palestinians to “accept the reality and act for peace and not extremism.”
