Żydowska ubecja? Przypominamy sylwetki pięciu stalinowskich oprawców, którzy bez wątpienia byli Polakami

„Żydokomuna”, „żydowscy mordercy w polskich mundurach”, „żydowscy kaci Polaków”. Jeśli wierzyć internetowi, właśnie tak należy pisać o sędziach i śledczych czasów stalinowskich. W powszechnej świadomości „katami z UB” byli wyłącznie Żydzi. A jak było naprawdę?

Jak podaje prof. Ryszard Terlecki w swojej pracy Tarcza i miecz komunizmu. Historia aparatu bezpieczeństwa w Polsce 1944-1990, w 1945 roku 95 proc. funkcjonariuszy bezpieki było narodowości polskiej, niecałe 2 proc. ukraińskiej lub białoruskiej, 2,5 proc. żydowskiej i 0,1 rosyjskiej.

Nieco inaczej wyglądało to w kadrze kierowniczej, ale tam również dominowali Polacy. Na 450 osób, które w latach 1944-1954 wchodziły w skład Resortu, a potem Ministerstwa Bezpieczeństwa Publicznego 49% stanowili Polacy, 37% Żydzi, a 14% obywatele radzieccy.

Także Iwona Kienzler, autorka wydanej właśnie książki Krwawa Luna i inni, pisze: „Nie […] wszyscy oprawcy stalinowskiej bezpieki i mordercy sądowi mieli żydowskie korzenie, nie brakowało wśród nich także Polaków, często wywodzących się z przedwojennej inteligencji, z wykształceniem prawniczym i praktyką jeszcze z czasów Drugiej Rzeczypospolitej”. Przypominamy więc pięciu polskich oprawców czasów stalinowskich.

1. „Sądzi Kryże, będą krzyże”

Roman Kryże urodził się w 1907 r. we Lwowie. W 1930 r. ukończył prawo na Uniwersytecie Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu. Karierę w wymiarze sprawiedliwości rozpoczął w Sądzie Grodzkim w Grudziądzu, gdzie pracował jako aplikant, asesor, a potem początkujący sędzia. Brał udział w wojnie obronnej w 1939 r. i 18 września trafił do niemieckiej niewoli, w której spędził prawie sześć lat.

Po zakończeniu wojny wrócił do zawodu i podjął pracę sędziego w Grudziądzu. Latem 1945 r. sam zgłosił do wojskowego wymiaru sprawiedliwości. Trafił od razu do Wydziału I Najwyższego Sądu Wojskowego w Warszawie. Szybko się tam odnalazł i zaczął orzekać w sprawach politycznych.
Podczas pracy w NSW wydał wyroki skazujące w ponad 100 sprawach politycznych, dotyczących członków organizacji niepodległościowych. Było wśród nich osiem wyroków śmierci na żołnierzy AK. Kryże niebawem stał się znany ze swej łatwości wydawania wysokich wyroków, w tym także kar śmierci.

Jego niesława była tak wielka, że wśród członków konspiracji zaczęło krążyć powiedzenie „Sądzi Kryże, będą krzyże”. Z kolei znany adwokat i obrońca w sprawach politycznych, mecenas Władysław Siła-Nowicki, wymyślił termin „ukryżować”. Jeszcze inne powiedzenie głosiło, że sędzia Kryże posiada swój prywatny cmentarz na Służewcu w Warszawie przy parafii św. Katarzyny…

Pochowany na Łączce

Kryże miał swój udział m.in. w wydaniu wyroku śmierci na Stefana Ignaszaka, cichociemnego, oficera wywiadu Komendy Głównej AK, utrzymaniu w mocy trzech wyroków śmierci na rtm. Witolda Pileckiego oraz skazaniu na karę śmierci mjr. Tadeusza Pleśniaka, żołnierza AK, członka organizacji „Nie” i „WiN”.
Roman Kryże był sędzią Najwyższego Sądu Wojskowego przez 10 lat – od sierpnia 1945 r. do sierpnia 1955 r. Potem został przeniesiony do rezerwy i przeszedł do pracy w cywilnym Sądzie Najwyższym. Zasłynął znów, gdy w 1965 r. wydał wyrok śmierci na jednego z oskarżonych w tzw. aferze mięsnej.

Na emeryturę przeszedł w 1977 r., zmarł w 1983. Był wtedy już podpułkownikiem. Został pochowany na warszawskich Powązkach, na tzw. Łączce, gdzie spoczął wraz z niektórymi Akowcami posłanymi przez siebie na szafot…

Netanyahu at Tel Gezer: They will not erase our history

Saying the Jewish people has no connection to Jerusalem is like saying the “sun creates darkness,” Italy’s Prime Minister Matteo Renzi told Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over the weekend.

Netanyahu spoke to Renzi to thank him for a letter he wrote saying that Italy’s abstention in the recent UNESCO vote on a resolution expunging any Jewish connection to the Temple Mount was a mistake that would not be repeated.

According to a statement put out by the Prime Minister’s Office, Renzi said that Italy will try to influence other European countries to vote against these types of anti-Israel resolutions in the future.

Italy was one of six EU countries that abstained on the resolution, while another five – Britain, Germany, the Netherlands, Estonia and Lithuania – voted against.

Netanyahu told Renzi there are “limits even to the theater of the absurd,” and that countries that respect themselves and the truth should not support it.

“This is not a question of politics, but of historical facts,” he said.

The Prime Minister’s Office said that Netanyahu appreciated the leadership Italy was demonstrating, as part of the positive process of changing the pattern of automatic votes against Israel in international forums. The change in the voting patterns in UN institutions will take a number of years and will include disappointments, the statement said, but these changes have begun.

Renzi told an Italian Radio station last week that resolutions like the UNESCO ones are “incomprehensible, unacceptable and wrong.”

Ultimately, however, if Israel plans to defeat similar resolutions in the future, it will need more countries like Italy to not only abstain, but rather vote against. Mexico, for instance, made headlines last week when it withdrew its support from the Jerusalem text, but made clear it would abstain in the future, rather than vote against.

While such abstentions help Israel secure a moral victory, they ultimately do not help it defeat these resolutions. A similar type of anti-Israel resolution – this one to reaffirm the placement of Jerusalem’s Old City on a list of World Heritage Sites in danger – will come before UNESCO’s 21-member World Heritage Committee when it meets from Monday to Wednesday this week.

The vote is routine, but the text – much like the one that was approved Tuesday by UNESCO’s 58-member Executive Board – refers to the Temple Mount only by its Arabic name, al-Haram al-Sharif. The committee is made up of the following states: Angola, Azerbaijan, Burkina Faso, Croatia, Cuba, Finland, Indonesia, Jamaica, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Peru, the Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Korea, Tunisia, Turkey, Tanzania, Vietnam and Zimbabwe.

Since 2015, the Palestinian Authority has pushed to change the language UNESCO uses to speaks of Jerusalem and the holy sites, so that they are referred to almost exclusively by their Arabic names. As part of that drive, the PA, or members of the UN’s Arab group, submits Jerusalem resolutions to UNESCO at every possible opportunity.

The UNESCO vote was on Netanyahu’s mind when he celebrated his 67th birthday on Friday by visiting the Tel Gezer archeological site with his wife and two sons.

After receiving an explanation of the findings at the site, Netanyahu said, “For UNESCO’s information, we are standing at Solomon’s Gate in the city of Gezer, and it is written in the Bible that King Solomon built the walls of Jerusalem and Gezer, and other cities in Israel. But certainly that was Zionist propaganda.

“We are here today, thousands of years later, and we will remain here,” he said. “They will not erase our history. We were here, and will remain here.”

Mahin Khan, 18, pleads guilty on terrorism charges in plea bargain

A Arizona teenager has pleaded guilty to plotting an attack on government buildings and the Tucson Jewish Community Center.
Mahin Khan, 18, pleaded guilty on Monday in Maricopa County Superior Court to charges of terrorism, conspiracy to commit terrorism and conspiracy to commit misconduct involving weapons, according to reports.

Khan reportedly struck a plea bargain with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office under which he will serve a prison term of at least five years and no more than 10 years and three months, as opposed to the life sentence that he could have received. He will be sentenced on Nov. 4.

Khan was arrested in his parents’ home on July 1 and has been held in prison without bail for fear he would flee to Syria or Pakistan. He pleaded not guilty at the time.

His parents have said that Khan is autistic and not capable of carrying out the terror attacks he had planned.

The FBI told the court that Khan had described himself in an email as an “American jihadist” who supports the Islamic State. In contact with undercover FBI agents, Khan said he wanted to carry out “lone jihadist” attacks that would kill hundreds of people in Arizona.

In addition to targeting the Tucson JCC, a Motor Vehicles office in Mesa and an Air Force recruitment center in Tucson were in his sites. Khan revealed his desire to attack the JCC while speaking with an undercover FBI employee in 2015.

Khan lived with his family in a gated community in north Tucson. He had threatened to kill his parents if they discovered his scheme and tried to turn him in.
